I have seen the Golden State Warrior games and Nate Robinson has been doing a great job filling in for the injured Stephen Curry. I always been a fan of Nate. He made a name for himself in the NY Knicks, known for his athletic ability yet, while only being 5'9". He is also the first three-time slam dunk champion. It was sad to see the Knicks trade him to the Celts, where unfortunately, he did not get any playing time. Then, he went to the OKC Thunder and still got no playing time.
The knock on him was that he wasn't taking the game seriously and he was a bad influence in the locker room. It's a shame because he can really play. I mean, he scored a career high 45 points. Oh, and did I mention he can dunk the ball?! He plays fearless. The Knicks had a chance to bring him back this year, but they decided not to gamble on him. The Warriors decided to give him a shot once Stephen Curry got injured and Nate took full advantage of the opportunity.
You can see that he's having fun out there and he is playing great for them. Even when Stephen Curry comes back, I still see him getting lots of playing time. Monta Ellis, Stephen Curry and Nate Robinson is a nice backcourt trio. Nate's found a home with the Warriors. Congrats, Nate, do your thing!
